The new windows operating system is designed to work on mobile phones, tablets, slates and PC's alike.

"Windows has provided its users the first feel of desktop and here we had improved on the most used software in Windows (besides Solitare) and made it more powerful" he added on his blog.
The windows explorer is expected to be much more advanced than the previous versions and it will also include Internet explorer 10 which is also said to play major part.
